Full price listAfter a renovation, fine construction dust settles everywhere: on floors, window frames, radiators, inside cupboards and on top of doors. Ordinary cleaning only moves it around, so we work from the top down with professional vacuums, extraction machines and material-specific detergents.
Windows are treated separately — glass, frames, sills and blinds — because after works the glass is usually covered in lime and paint spots that need to be softened before polishing, otherwise they scratch.
A whole-apartment deep clean covers the kitchen, bathroom, floors, windows and upholstered furniture in one visit. It is the service most owners book before moving in, between tenants or for Airbnb turnovers.

- What does post-renovation cleaning include?
- Removal of construction dust, plaster, paint, silicone and glue residue from floors, tiles, radiators, doors, joinery and windows, followed by a full wash of every surface so the flat is ready to move into.
- How much does it cost?
- Post-renovation cleaning, window cleaning and whole-apartment deep cleans are quoted per job, based on the floor area, the number of windows and how heavy the works were. Machine floor washing starts at 250 RSD/m². The visit and the quote are free.
- Do you clean windows too?
- Yes — glass, frames, sills and blinds, inside and outside where it is safe to reach. After building works the glass is usually covered in dust and lime, so it is treated before the final polish.
- How long does a whole-apartment clean take?
- A typical two-bedroom flat takes four to eight hours, depending on the condition. After renovation it can take a full day, and we can work with a larger team to finish in one visit.
