- How long does a sofa take to dry?
- Between four and six hours in a ventilated room. We extract most of the moisture with the machine, so the fabric feels only slightly damp when we leave.
- Can you remove stains and pet odour?
- Most coffee, wine, milk, urine and grease stains come out with hot-water extraction and an enzyme pre-treatment. Very old or bleached stains may lighten rather than disappear completely — we always tell you honestly before starting.
- Is the detergent safe for babies and pets?
